Chloe Platt’s art-making process consists of a series of illustrative works of natural imagery as metaphorical tools. These works allude to her exploration and interpretation of miniscule organisms within nature and her interests in nature and spirituality. For this purpose, Chloe presents the multi-faceted appearances of tree stumps and pennant-winged nightjars. Tree stumps are a re-occurring image in her works as regenerators of life, embedded with symbolic and spiritual significance. These intricate studies of nightjars signify her admiration for nature and the spiritual energy of natural organisms. Chloe’s drawings serve as a homage to the magnificence of nature and spirituality.
