Storytelling is one of our most ancient and powerful methods of communication and our most memorable method of learning. It gives people the opportunity to express themselves and to learn about the lives of others, encouraging people to listen to others and to value their complex and beautiful stories. This is what Simon’s project is all about; creating objects for people to learn from others, and take something away to remember. Ginko Biloba leaf is a motif repeated throughout all the designs, the plant is considered a living fossil, and has known memory benefits.
