How are we able to have such profound connections to objects?
Why do we accumulate objects? Why are some better than others?
Stephanie Pragastis’ work attempts to incite nostalgia about trashed things on their way to nothingness whilst questioning notions of worth, history and significance. Each object is cast from an item once owned by a compulsive hoarder who chose to discard of it.
