Campbell Henderson’s practice deals with collective mythology, consciousness and the possibilities of human perception through the stylised visuals and symbolism of psychedelia. Campbell has used a variety of visual languages to explore these concepts before, though it was only in 2014 that he began to animate them and to use loose narrative structures. This was in part due to research and reading of his namesake, Joseph Campbell and his study of universal archetypes in mythological narratives.
