During childhood, traumatic events can play a fundamental part into who that child grows up to be. Zac Svendsen’s current project explores capturing portraits of the demons which can still live inside you into adulthood. The process explored a demonic family gene pool passing through generation to generation. It has expanded his practice from being solely photographically based to an installation comprised of video, photography sculpture and performance.
