Charles Mouyat / Master of Art

Glycerine

If the subject is chaos, and the object divines order through the hand of the artist, Charles Mouyat’s work is intended to function as a nexus between microcosmic perception and macrocosmic potential for the bloom of personal awareness. His hypothesis is that all beauty and sense reside in the eye of the beholder and that it is to this immutable first-cause that all knowledge and sentient observation in the world is beholden. Charles is interested in exploring the relationship between self and other, at the junction where perception and convention meet in the often violent clash between reality and personal perception.
