Harnessing his passions in visual expression and opportunities to learn domestically at UNSW Art & Design, as well as internationally at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, Ryan Abramowitz has studied jewellery, graphics media, visual communication, photography, set design and environments / spatial design. Working between two, three and four-dimensional work across these disciplines has manifested in a graduating major project which fuses landscape architecture and biophilic design discourse. This together with his Honours thesis on digital humanities (specifically investigating the dialogue between Instagram and public sculpture in the built environment) celebrates the creative spectrum of Ryan’s Undergraduate experience.
